We are delighted to announce that our Leuchtenberg Kalterersee Classico Superiore 2023 has been named the area winner in the "Kalterersee - Classic" category at this year's Alto Adige Vernatsch Cup.
Since 2004, specialist journalists, oenologists and wine lovers have been tasting the Vernatsch wines of the previous vintage at the annual Alto Adige Vernatsch Cup and awarding prizes to the best wines of the growing regions. The 2023 vintage proved to be particularly outstanding for Vernatsch. Our Leuchtenberg Kalterersee Classico Superiore 2023 impresses with fruity notes and an elegant structure that ensure a wonderful drinking flow.
This award is recognition of the quality-oriented work of our winegrowers in the vineyard and the cellar team led by winemaker Thomas Scarizuola.
